Brilliant overall experience. It's an attractive hotel with modern design and professional staff. Lovely pool, prime location next to the sea. Based near a shop called Sabina on a corner, never heard a thing and Central to supermarket.

Overall it was a fantastic stay for a family vacation. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the room itself was fairly good. A refrigerator and a washing machine were a huge plus. The location seemed marvellous and beautiful central to supermarket & restaurants.

My bungalow with fantastic views as well as the balcony was fairly quiet and immaculate. The location was great, at a walking distance from Punta el Barranquilla. The property was set in a secure area.

The staff was lovely and we would happily return. We spend 7 nights in Puerto del Carmen lovely. The hotel location was stunning and brilliant on beach. The place was an easy walk to La Paloma, where you can have dinner.

Loved this hotel, had 9 quiet days here. It was reasonably large and spotless with a tv, good enough for a family holiday. Efficient and excellent staff, answered all questions. The location was very central, incredible on the seafront. My food was cheap and brilliant.

It was a such wonderful stay for a family vacation. The location in a very friendly area was amazing and beautiful and there were supermarkets and shops nearby. I was surprised at nearby Titto, they had some goodies, drinks.
There was bar missing.

The rooms are beautiful and wonderful, have large bathroom. The hotel offers variety of food that was cheap. The setting is stunning, really close to nice restaurants and shops, lovely area. The services are great, including a heated pool.

I came here with my adult children. In general the staff were excellent and very very helpful. I walked everywhere, the location was fantastic, so close to sea. What's more, it was 5 mins drive from El Barranquillo.

The location was incredible - not far from bigger beaches, restaurants in Puerto Del Carmen and Very close to the ocean. The rooms were reasonably large and spotless and had a delightful view of the ocean. The staff were efficient and excellent and provided very good service.

The location was great right on the seafront. Moreover, it was short walk to the main promenade from Puerto del Carmen, and the beach the reception and the strip. The rooms were wonderful and exceptionally nice with a fantastic view kept by the good staff. There were a microwave, an electric kettle, and a fridge.

Plenty of restaurants to eat close by, like Wok that was only 15 minutes' walk away. Excellent place for a weekend in Puerto del Carmen! Of course, we totally recommend it to all.
